The short version. Branded Lab is a free beta. The score and moves are guidance, not guarantees, and not professional advice. Use it fairly, and we will treat your answers as described in our Privacy page.
These terms apply when you use the Brand Health Check at branded-lab.com ("the service"), a product of Branded ("we", "us"). By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service gives you a brand health score and suggested next moves, based on the answers you give. It is a free beta: it may change, break or be withdrawn at any time, and we may add paid features later. We will not charge you for anything without asking you first.
Scores and moves are general guidance drawn from a brand-building method. They are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and we do not guarantee any result such as more customers, sales or growth. Your score is only as good as the answers behind it. Please use your own judgment before acting on it.
You keep ownership of what you enter. You allow us to store it and use it, including in anonymous or combined form, to run and improve the service, as set out on our Privacy page. We do not use it to train AI models.
We own the service, including its design, text, scoring method and branding. You may use your own score and report for your own business, and share your score card. You may not copy or resell the service itself.
If you ask for your plan by email, we will send it. If you also opt in to the beta or a brand review, we may email you about those. You can stop at any time by replying "unsubscribe".
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be accurate, always available, or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service, which for the free beta is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above, and continuing to use the service means you accept the new version. We may suspend or end access at any time, and you can stop using the service at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
