The short version. We keep your answers and, only if you choose, your email. We never sell your data and never use it to train AI models. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

Branded Lab is a product of Branded ("we", "us"). This page explains what the Brand Health Check at branded-lab.com collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your answers and score. Your business type, your answers to the questions, the score and moves we generated, and the business name if you enter one.
Which screens you reach. We log each screen of the check, so we can see where people get stuck and fix it.
Basic device information. Your browser type and screen width, plus a random session ID. We do not collect your name or phone number.
Where you came from. If the link you used carries a tag (for example ?src=warm), we record that tag.
Your email and choices, only if you give them. If you ask for your plan by email, we store your email, whether you want a beta invitation, and whether you want a free 15-minute brand review.
Your feedback. If you tell us whether the check was useful or what it would be worth to you, we store that answer.

How we use it

To show you your score and next moves.
To email you your plan, if you ask for it.
To contact you about the beta or a brand review, only if you chose those options.
To understand how the check is used and improve it, using anonymous or combined results.

We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Where it is stored, and who else touches it

Google. Responses are stored in a private Google Sheet, and reports are sent from a Gmail account, both run through Google Apps Script. The page also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you open it.
Netlify. Our host. Like any web host, it keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses.

The page itself sets no advertising cookies and uses no analytics trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep responses while Branded Lab is in beta, and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you ask for deletion, we remove your rows from the sheet and any email we hold for you.

Your choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU, UK or California, these are also rights under local law, and you may object to or restrict certain uses. To use any of them, email krystal.phanlannon@gmail.com from the address you gave us, or reply to any email from Branded Lab. We aim to answer within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from any email at any time by replying "unsubscribe". Your answers on the check itself are not tied to your email unless you ask for your plan.

Children

The check is for business owners and is not meant for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, if you gave us your email, tell you.
