Return Policy

SHIPPING:

• Our current production time is approximately 3-10 business days. If you require your item sooner or have a tight deadline, please contact us for expedited processing.
• For orders shipping outside the contiguous USA, the purchaser must pay all custom fees and duties required by their local residence. Our shipping fees include all processing and shipping costs within the USA only.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

• Customized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. If there is a fault in craftsmanship or quality, we will replace, or refund the item free of charge. We stand behind our work 100%! (Note: Hats exposed to high volumes of dirt, sun, and sweat are likely to discolor, which is not a defect in materials.) (Note: Digital colors may vary from the actual print colors we use. While we strive to match them as closely as possible, we cannot offer refunds solely based on color discrepancies. We recommend reviewing color charts or samples beforehand to manage expectations.)

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be cancelled and refunded upon the buyer's request, as long as production has not yet begun. If production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
